Hobby Horse is a niche apparel brand serving the equestrian community. What is the MendItCare™ Guarantee?
The MendItCare™ Guarantee is a financial product that allows brands to offer a service guarantee to their customers at a fraction of the cost of in-house programs. Think of it as an outsourced service guarantee, where the brand transfers the operational and financial risk of their program to MendIt. MendIt fulfills orders using our existing nationwide marketplace, and offers a web integration for the brand’s website where customers can access services. The vendors on the marketplace – usually small business owners, usually women–fulfill the orders locally, and are paid the full market rate for their services.
This makes MendItCare a turnkey solution for brand/retailers who wish to offer repair and other circular services, like recycling, but do not wish to manage it themselves.
